Because of my diverse background, my family and I have lived all over the United States. I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army after 22 years. I served all over the world, including combat in Vietnam, as a Helicopter Pilot in Korea, and as an Infantry Officer in the Sinai, Egypt. While still on active duty, I was able to earn both Bachelors and Masters Degrees. When I left the service, I went into Civilian Aviation and worked as a Director of Marketing for a helicopter manufacturer, a Demonstration Pilot worldwide, and as a Program Manager on a classified US Coast Guard Program.
